It was supposed to be a gathering with friends but ended up with a fractured elbow.
Daryl fell down from a structure at the playground in Marina Square. Luckily Nicole's family sent us to hospital immediately and he had an operation the next morning to insert the three wires to stable the elbow.
He was shocked with the incident and surprisingly did not cry at all. He started to cry for pain from 12 midnight onwards and was crying every hour. Both of us did not sleep well the whole night till 6.30 am the nurses came to bring him to the OT. The operation took about an hour and he was asleep till noon. He was discharged at 5.00 pm after the doctor came for his review.
