Prawn noodle feast.

Long awaited home-cooked Prawn noodle. It has been almost 3 years since my bil cooked prawn noodles. He and Eve were very excited and busy the whole day. They went to Tiong Bahru market early in the morning to buy the ingredients and back to Serangoon market to collect the pork ribs, pig tails, liver, etc. The preparation work was very tedious too, that's why can only afford to cook once in a blue moon. heheheh....

Since Daryl loves Oreo alot and I managed to find a recipe for non-bake Oreo Cheese cake, so I decided to make one for the family. Phew, the cake turned out to be nice and the kids loved it.

And Jayden and Sheila had their salmon macoroni, at least a change from their usual porridge. But mummy had left them in the slow cooker for too long (cos we went out for long breakfast), end up they look like porridge too, so soft. hehee...
